Terms & Conditions

By using the facilities and services provided by The Padel Loft, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our courts or services.

Who We Are

The Padel Loft Group Limited ("we," "us," or "our") is a limited company registered in England and Wales.

1. Facility Usage

All users of The Padel Loft facilities must follow club rules, safety guidelines, and any instructions provided by club staff at all times. Users are responsible for any damage caused to club property or facilities as a result of negligence or misconduct. The Padel Loft reserves the right to refuse access to any individual whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disrespectful, or inappropriate.

 

2. Bookings & Cancellations

Court reservations can be made in advance via our booking platform and are subject to availability. The following cancellation policy applies:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking start time will receive a full refund or credit.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking start time may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of the booking fee.

  • No-shows will be charged in full and may result in restricted booking privileges.

The Padel Loft reserves the right to reallocate bookings to an equivalent court where necessary to accommodate coaching, events, or competitions. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.

 

3. Memberships

Membership terms, pricing, and benefits are outlined at the point of purchase and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Memberships are non-transferable and for personal use only. The Padel Loft reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership in cases of breach of these terms.

 

4. Coaching & Lessons

Coaching and lessons at The Padel Loft are provided by club-approved coaches only. Users must book coaching sessions through our designated booking channels. Private coaching by non-approved coaches is not permitted on our premises. The Padel Loft reserves the right to remove any individual conducting unauthorised coaching from the facility.

 

5. Safety & Liability

Users are responsible for their own safety and must exercise appropriate caution when using our facilities. The Padel Loft is insured through the LTA, however users are strongly encouraged to obtain their own personal sports insurance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Padel Loft accepts no liability for:

  • Personal injury sustained during use of the facility, unless caused by our negligence

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises

  • Any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our facilities or services

Users participate in all activities at their own risk.

 

6. Court Attire

To ensure a safe, hygienic, and respectful environment for all players, the following attire guidelines apply at all times on court:

Tops — All players must wear a suitable sports top at all times. Playing without a top is not permitted.

Clothing — Athletic sportswear that allows full freedom of movement is required. Clothing must be appropriate for a shared sporting environment.

Footwear — Appropriate sports footwear must be worn at all times on court. We recommend padel shoes or clay court tennis shoes, which provide the correct herringbone grip for our court surface.

 

Hardcourt tennis shoes, bare feet, sandals, or any other inappropriate footwear are not permitted. Please note our courts are outdoors and playing surface conditions may vary depending on weather.

 

7. Code of Conduct

We expect all users to treat fellow players, club staff, and the facility with respect. The following are not permitted on our premises:

  • Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language or behaviour

  • Damage to courts, equipment, or club property

  • Consumption of alcohol or substances not purchased through the club

  • Smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises

The Padel Loft reserves the right to remove any individual from the facility and suspend or terminate their access without refund in cases of serious or repeated misconduct.

 

8. Privacy

The Padel Loft respects your privacy and handles all personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy, available on our website. By using our facilities and services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for club-related purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Photography & Media

The Padel Loft may capture photos or video footage at our facilities for promotional and marketing purposes. By using our facilities, you consent to the possibility of being photographed or filmed. If you do not wish to be included in any marketing material, please inform a member of staff.

10. Changes & Amendments

The Padel Loft reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. It is the responsibility of users to review these terms regularly. Continued use of our facilities following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Termination of Access

The Padel Loft reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to our facilities and services for any violation of these terms, or for behaviour deemed inappropriate by club management. No refund or compensation will be provided in such cases.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Corporate Bookings
The following terms apply specifically to all corporate events, team-building sessions, company socials, tournaments, and group bookings made with The Padel Loft.


13. Booking Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed once it has been accepted by The Padel Loft in writing and any required deposit or payment has been received.

 

14. Payment
Full payment is required before the event unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices must be paid within the payment terms stated on the invoice. The Padel Loft reserves the right to cancel bookings where payment has not been received by the due date.

 

15. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation by the Client

 

Court Booking Only:

  • Court bookings under 2 hours — 2 days' cancellation notice required

  • Court bookings over 2 hours — 5 days' cancellation notice required

 

Court Booking + Hospitality:

  • More than 14 days before the event: full refund or transfer of booking

  • 7–14 days before the event: 50% of the total booking value is payable

  • Less than 7 days before the event: 100% of the total booking value is payable

 

Changes to Numbers
Final participant numbers must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event. The final invoice will be based on the confirmed numbers provided at this point, even if fewer attendees ultimately attend.

 

16. Weather
Padel is an outdoor sport and events will proceed in most weather conditions. In the event of severe weather making the courts unsafe or unplayable, The Padel Loft reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or issue a credit for future use. Refunds will not normally be provided for weather-related disruptions.

 

17. Arrival & Event Timings
Participants should arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may result in reduced playing time, and events will still finish at the agreed end time.

 

18. Health & Safety
All participants must follow instructions given by The Padel Loft team, use equipment appropriately and safely, respect all club rules and safety procedures, and behave in a manner that does not endanger themselves or others. The Padel Loft reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

 

19. Alcohol & Conduct
Participants who appear intoxicated or under the influence of drugs may be refused participation without refund. The Padel Loft reserves the right to stop or terminate an event where participant behaviour creates a safety risk or negatively impacts other customers.

 

20. Equipment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, racket hire, coaching, tournament management, food and beverages, and any additional event services may be charged separately from court hire.

 

21. Corporate Liability
Participation in padel and associated activities is undertaken at the participant's own risk. The Padel Loft accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, injuries arising from failure to follow instructions or club rules, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Nothing within these terms shall limit or exclude liability where such limitation would be unlawful.

 

22. Damage to Property
The booking organiser may be held responsible for any deliberate, reckless, or negligent damage caused by attendees to courts, equipment, furniture, the clubhouse, or other facilities. The Padel Loft reserves the right to recover the reasonable costs of repair or replacement.

 

23. Photography & Filming
Photography and videography may take place during events for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes. If any participant does not wish to appear in photography or video content, they should notify a member of The Padel Loft team before the event begins.

 

24. Force Majeure
The Padel Loft shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, or failure to perform its obligations due to events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, utility failures, industrial action, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

25. Governing Law — Corporate
These corporate booking terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

 

Corporate Booking Summary

  • Full payment required before the event unless agreed otherwise

  • Final numbers confirmed 7 days before the event

  • Free cancellation up to 14 days before the event

  • Outdoor sport — weather credits/rescheduling may apply

  • Participants must follow all club rules and safety instructions

  • The Padel Loft reserves the right to refuse participation where safety or conduct concerns arise
